It Is NOT Time To Wake Up!

So somebody needs to make it clear to my body that it is NOT time to wake up at 4:30am every morning! (Esp when you don't get to sleep until after midnight...) For the past week it seems, I just wake up around 4 or 4:30 like it's time to get up for the day. I manage to get back to sleep, but it's still not fun. And it's not like I'm waking up for any reason - just my body's way of messing with me, I guess. I really would like for it to stop, though. It's not that funny...
